Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the website (the "Service") operated by Arizona Homicide Investigators Association ('AHIA') ("us", "we", "association", or/and "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Diamond Sponsor $2,500 (1 available)
15-minute presentation on the first day
Major sponsor table location (table #1)
Full page company information in registration packet
Vendor Bingo sheet center spot (larger logo!!)
Access to social events and hospitality suite
Platinum Sponsor $1,500 (3 available)
5-minute presentation on the first day
Premier sponsor table location (tables 2-4)
Access to social events and hospitality suite

Preferred sponsor table location (tables 5-10)

Silver sponsor $1,000 (6 available)

Each event is approximately 3 hours long and includes food, beverage, and entertainment.

To Note:
All sponsor tables are 6 ft long, come with two chairs, two lanyards, WiFi (free of charge) and a FREE vendor bingo spot!

Certificate of Insurance is required by the Gila River Indian Community. Additional details will be provided upon registration completion.
Any sponsors needing to have items shipped will refer to the Shipping Guidelines provided by Wild Horse Pass.
Cancellation Policy
Sponsors may cancel their table space by emailing AHIA Board Member Chris Miller at chris_miller@tempe.gov. This notice must be received no later than August 8th, 2025. Sponsors cancelling an exhibit table shall be charged an administrative fee of 25% of the total cost of the space. Cancellation after August 8th, 2025 will result in no refund unless AHIA can find a replacement for the space. In that case, the 25% administrative fee will only apply. If no replacement is found, no refund will be given.
Security Policy
The ballroom will be closed and locked afterhours, except for the social events. While AHIA and Gila River take precautions to prevent items from being lost or stolen, AHIA and Gila River assume no liability. Sponsors with hallway areas are expected to remove display items and valuables nightly as this area is unsecured and resort/hotel guests have access to these hallways.
Setup and Breakdown
Setup of sponsor tables will be on Sunday, 9/7/2025, from 12-6pm or Monday morning from 6-730am. All sponsor tables must be broken down by no later than 6pm on Friday, 9/13/24. Sponsors who wish to leave early may do so as they wish. Please do not disrupt presentations while breaking down your table.
Access to Presentations
Sponsors with ballroom tables will be present during numerous speakers whose presentations may contain photographs, interviews and videos that are often disturbing in nature. Please feel free to step out of the venue at any time if you feel the need.
